Occasionally after an important update you may need to re-login to the app. Below we cover the main steps and the questions that may arise as you do this.


Firstly, If you already have an account, to gain access to it you only need to ‘Log in’. You don’t need to register again or to set a new PIN.




On the initial screen select ‘Log in’ and then enter your email address that you previously registered with BUX. You will then be sent an email with a link that will log you in to the app. 



If by mistake you tried to create a new account and got stuck, you can access the ‘Log in’ option in the menu. You can find this menu in the top right corner of the screen:

If you were unable to access the Log in option, please reinstall the app again to get back to the initial screen.



Account pending?


If you see the message that your account is pending, you can simply click on the profile icon in the top right corner to login and follow the steps explained above.


Didn’t receive the email to login?


Please double check you entered the correct email address (that you have used previously with BUX). Also check your spam inbox in your email account.  It can also take a few minutes for the email to arrive.



Forgotten your PIN?


If you can not remember your PIN, you can set a new one yourself. First you need to enter an incorrect PIN and then please use the ‘’Forgot your passcode’’ option. You can then have an email sent to reset the PIN.



Registered a 2nd account with us by mistake?


This can happen, especially if you didn't remember what email you had originally signed up with.  

You can always log out by uninstalling the app, then re-download and log in again with your original email address.  You can then also request via email to support@bux.com to delete any duplicate account (just make sure you send the email from that specific address).


Are you using Hotmail, and not receiving emails from us?


If you have a hotmail address please take the following steps:  Please add the email address support@bux.com and support@getbux.com to your contacts using the below instructions. If you request a login email after this, it should work.
