If you choose to downgrade to a lower tier, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle for your existing tier. If you change your mind during this period and wish to stay on your existing tier, you can cancel the downgrade at any time through the 'cancel downgrade' option.


For clarity, once you request the downgrade, you will receive an email detailing what to expect, and we'll also send you a notification in the app when the downgrade is finalized.


For example, if you're currently on the Plus tier and are charged your monthly service fee on the 6th of each month, and you request to downgrade to the Basic tier on the 15th, you'll continue to enjoy all Plus tier features until the next billing date on the 6th. At that time, your account will switch to the Basic tier.
