We are in the process of rolling out an app update that enables you to change personal details yourself via the BUX App. Currently this is possible on Android devices, and in the coming months it will also be available for iOS devices.


If you have recently changed your address, got a new email address or phone number, or want to update us on any other changes to your personal details, please follow these steps:


For Android users follow these steps:


  • Ensure you’re using the latest app version
  • Go to the ‘Settings’ menu in the BUX app
  • Go to ‘My Profile’


Select the information you wish to change, and proceed to submit the changes


Note: If you have moved to another country or changed your name, you will not be able to do this via the app, so please chat with support via the app and we’ll be happy to assist. 


Apple iPhone users (iOS), follow these steps:


Please chat with our support team via the app and they’ll make the changes for you. 

 

Depending on the type of change, you may be required to provide some additional documentation.
