If you have changed address or want to update us on any other changes to your personal details, please chat with our support team and they will ensure the adjustments are made.  Depending on the type of change, you may be required to provide some additional documentation.


Currently we are unable to change the email address that is linked to your BUX account so one temporary solution could be to withdraw funds and close your account, and then re-register with your new email address.  Otherwise please chat with support. We aim to have this corrected shortly and will update this article when done.
