At BUX, we want to make sure you always have a clear overview of your account. If you ever have unpaid fees, you can easily check them directly in your app.
To see your unpaid fees:
1. Open your Portfolio.
2. Tap on Account details.
3. Open the Cash dropdown menu.
4. On Available (cash) now will appear as negative if you have unpaid fees.
Monthly reminders:
Every month, on the 1st day, we send you an email reminder if there are unpaid fees. This way, you’re always informed and can take action when needed.
Important to know:
While you have unpaid fees on your account:
- You won’t be able to purchase new assets, and any monthly Investment Plans will not be executed.
- You won’t earn interest.
- Any incoming cash (from deposits, dividend payments, or the sale of assets) will first be used to pay your outstanding fees.
Don’t worry — as soon as your fees are settled, you can continue investing as usual.
