When will the monthly service fee be charged?
The monthly service fee of €2,99 is charged retrospectively for the previous month. So for example, you will be charged the fee for April at the start of May.
Where will the amount be deducted from?
The amount will be taken off your cash balance.
What if I don't have enough cash available?
In this case the fee will be charged as normal, and your account will go into a negative balance. Once you sell assets in your portfolio or top up your account it will then replenish the negative balance.
If you do go into a negative balance we will inform you so that you can take action.
