To change your bank account there are a few steps:

  • Contact customer support and request to change your bank account. If you chat with support just ask to speak to an agent and they will assist you further.
  • If possible Support will make sure your current bank account is unlinked.
  • After your current bank account is unlinked, you will be able to make a new deposit with the desired bank account and henceforth that bank account will be the one linked to your account.

*Please note that you can only change bank accounts once every three months*
