You can only have one bank account connected to your BUX account for depositing and withdrawing funds. This bank account must be in your name, and it must be a personal account (not a business account).


If you need to change the bank account that is linked to your BUX account you will need to reach out to our support team and they will take you through some verification steps and help you get the new bank account linked.  If you contact us via chat, please just ask to speak to an agent and you'll be put through to one of the team. Be aware that for security reasons, you can only change your linked bank account once every 3 months.

If you have an automated Investment Plan where the money is deducted directly from your bank account each month, changing the linked bank account in your BUX account will switch your Investment Plan deposit option from 'Automated' to 'Manual'.  If you’d like to continue funding your Investment Plan automatically, you’ll need to authorize your new bank account in your existing Investment Plan after linking it. Just go to the Investment plan and you'll see the option to do adjust this.



How can I see what Bank account I have linked to BUX?

You can view which bank account is connected to your BUX account by going to the 'my profile' section of the BUX App, you'll find this in the main menu.
