We only accept deposits from the bank account that is linked to your BUX Acccount. Depending on the deposit method you use, it ranges from instant, to 2 business days.
For example:
- If you are in the Netherlands and deposit with Tikkie it will appear on your BUX account within a few minutes.
- Depositing via bank transfer takes around 15 minutes providing your bank supports SEPA instant payments (most large European banks support this). If your bank does not support instant payments it usually takes 1 - 2 business days.
If you haven't received your payment after 2 business days please just reach out to the support team in the chat.
Also good to mention - if you have deposited from a different bank account than the one connected to your BUX account, this can not be accepted and will be returned to you within 3 - 4 business days. You'll also receive an email if this happens.
